My passion for clay target sports began when my son, Steven, joined the Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP) at age 12. What started as supporting him quickly grew into a lifelong passion for the sport and, especially, its youth.
Since then, I have served on the Board of Directors and as Secretary of Crossville Shooting Sports Park, as President of Cumberland County Youth Shooting Sports, and as Region 3 Director for Tennessee TWF SCTP. As a Level 1 Shotgun Coach, Range Safety Officer, NSCA member, and TSCA Subcommittee member, I have helped support events across multiple clay target disciplines. Above all, I value the opportunity to mentor young shooters and help them develop the confidence, discipline, sportsmanship, and friendships that make this sport so special.

Owner and General Manager of Cross Creek Clays, envisioned a state-of-the-art facility for shooters to hone their skills practicing or participating in NSCA registered events. Formerly from Latrobe, Pennsylvania he has been a resident of the Clarksville, TN area for nearly 40 years now. Joseph served as a “Little Bird” helicopter pilot in the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR) at Ft. Campbell for over 12 years.
